TRUCK HOUSE A1 BAPAUME

This internal regulation (hereinafter referred to as "the Regulation") defines the conditions of access, use, and operation of the Truck House A1 Bapaume secure parking area (hereinafter referred to as "the Parking"). The Parking is a privately owned area managed by the company BTS Bapaume Truck Stop (hereinafter referred to as "the operator") and owned by the company BTS Real State.

It is intended to accommodate and secure the parking of authorized vehicles in accordance with the provisions of this Regulation. Any individual or legal entity that enters the Parking, parks vehicles there, or uses its facilities is deemed to have been informed of and to agree to this Regulation without reservation.

Preamble: General Provisions

The regulations are posted at the entrance to the parking area and are available to customers at the security station upon request, and can be consulted on the website.

Only the French version of the regulations is legally binding.

This regulation applies to all users of the parking area.

The Truck House A1 Bapaume parking area is a private space and is therefore subject to these operating regulations, which take precedence over any other document.

Any user of the parking area (including the owner of a vehicle and their companions) fully and unconditionally accepts these regulations upon entering the parking area. This acceptance constitutes a binding agreement, with no possibility of modification, except with the explicit consent of Truck House A1 Bapaume.

Service Description:

Accessing and using the Bapaume Truck House parking facility constitutes a service of providing a parking space.

This service does not constitute a deposit contract as defined in articles 1915 and following of the Civil Code, nor does it involve the assumption of responsibility for the safekeeping of vehicles, trailers, goods, or personal belongings.

Obligation of Means

Bapaume Truck House implements measures designed to contribute to the overall safety of the site (access control, video surveillance, presence of staff, lighting, etc.).

These measures constitute an obligation of means, and not of results.

No liability for theft and damage

Subject to mandatory legal provisions, Bapaume Truck House cannot be held liable for:

• theft, disappearance, or damage:

• vehicles,

• trailers or semi-trailers,

• goods being transported,

• personal belongings left in the vehicles or on the premises,

unless it is the result of proven negligence resulting from a serious breach of the safety obligations normally expected of a parking operator.

Furthermore, Truck House cannot be held liable for any assaults that occur on the parking lot and relate to the dropping off and picking up of trailers by any Customer or Interested Party. In this regard, Truck House is not obligated to verify the identity and/or qualifications of the Customer or Interested Party in the context of trailer retrieval.

User Responsibility

The user is solely responsible for:

• the monitoring of their vehicle, trailer, and cargo;

• security measures specific to their equipment;

• obtaining suitable insurance coverage for the risks of theft, loss, or damage.

Limitation of Liability:

Under no circumstances, if the responsibility of Bapaume Truck House were to be recognized, it would be limited to direct, material, and foreseeable damages, excluding any indirect damages, loss of operation, or loss of goods.

Force Majeure

Bapaume Truck House cannot be held liable for events of force majeure, violent intrusion, natural disasters, acts of third parties, or any event that is reasonably beyond its control.

It is expressly stated that the provisions of the Highway Code mentioned in these regulations have contractual value. The parties therefore refer to them expressly and without reservation. References to the Highway Code refer to the French Highway Code in effect at the date in question (hereinafter "the Highway Code").

The entry of a vehicle into the parking area constitutes an explicit request for parking, implying acceptance of these regulations and the immediate application of the current rates, displayed at the entrance or, where applicable, specified in a contract concluded between the user and the parking operator.

TITLE I: SITE PRESENTATION

Article 1 – Geographical Location of the Parking Area and Description

Truck House A1 Bapaume parking is located at:
 A1 Sortie 14 « Bapaume »
 Parc d’activités La Vallée du Bois -62450 Bapaume.

The Truck House A1 Bapaume parking facility is located on a site that includes:

1.1 A secure parking area

 As of today, the area includes:

• 303 parking spaces, including 28 spaces reserved for refrigerated transport and 4 spaces for long vehicles.

• Please note: Vehicles for the Transport of Dangerous Goods ("TDG") are not allowed on site.

Truck House A1 Bapaume reserves the right to modify the number of available spaces and their distribution at any time.

• The area is secured by high-definition dome cameras and thermal anti-intrusion cameras, complemented by sound and light alarms, ensuring the protection of drivers and goods.

• A perimeter security fence, 1.80 meters high, with barbed wire at the top, and reinforced with a concrete base, prevents any intrusion attempts by climbing or digging.

• The area is equipped with a high-performance outdoor lighting system, ensuring complete light coverage across all traffic routes and key areas, providing constant visibility and enhancing site security.

• The area has a Wi-Fi network permanently available for drivers, accessible directly from the cabins of their trucks.

1.2 A welcome building

 This building includes:

• A control and security station, located on the ground floor and upper level, offering a clear and complete view of the entire heavy goods vehicle (HGV) parking area.

• Restroom facilities accessible to drivers, with separate areas for men and women.

• The women's restrooms have a secure access code, ensuring the privacy and safety of users.

• Each area is equipped with sinks with hot water, hand soap, and hand dryers.

• A water point with a faucet allows drivers to independently fill their water tanks or containers.

• A kitchenette available to drivers, equipped with a microwave, oven, kettle, induction cooktops, a sink, and all the necessary equipment for meal preparation.

• A relaxation area furnished with tables, chairs, and vending machines for hot and cold drinks and snacks, allowing drivers to rest in a comfortable and welcoming environment.

• The building has a high-speed Wi-Fi connection available at all times, supplemented by numerous electrical outlets and charging ports located throughout the relaxation area, allowing drivers to plug in and charge their personal electronic devices (phones, laptops, tablets, etc.).

• The area has two outdoor water points, equipped with faucets, allowing drivers to independently fill their water tanks or containers.

1.3 A zone for growth and development

A development area is being created in the center of the parking area. Currently, it includes:

• Trash cans for maintaining the cleanliness of the site;

• A multi-purpose sports and recreation facility;

• A pétanque court accessible to all drivers;

• Two smoking shelters located in ventilated and secure areas;

• A stretching and exercise area, allowing drivers to stretch and relax after driving.

1.4 Access methods

• Vehicle access: via the roundabout located southwest of the parking area, through the entrance lanes of the toll station.

• Driver Access:

• Via the pedestrian access control gate located at the entrance to the secure parking area.

Article 2 – Definitions

2.1 Parking Operator

 L’Exploitant désigne Truck House A1 Bapaume, personne morale de droit privé, propriétaire du Parking et responsable de sa gestion ainsi que de son exploitation (ci-après « l’Exploitant » ou « Truck House A1 Bapaume »).

2.2 Operating agents

The following are considered to be Operating Personnel: all personnel of Bapaume Truck House, as well as those of its subcontractors, service providers, or consultants involved in the management and operation of the site (hereinafter referred to as "Bapaume Truck House A1 Personnel"). This includes, but is not limited to, sales teams, administrative staff, security personnel, and maintenance teams.

2.3 Authorized Vehicle

 By "Authorized Vehicle," we mean any vehicle permitted to enter the Truck House parking lot (hereinafter "the Vehicle"), divided into two categories:

• Heavy vehicles: professional vehicles used for the transportation of goods.

• Other vehicles: any vehicle wishing to park in the parking lot and that has received prior and explicit authorization from Truck House. This includes, for example, vans, trailers, light vehicles (cars), or motorcycles, with the explicit exception of caravans and recreational vehicles.

TITLE II TERMS OF USE OF THE PARKING FACILITY

Article 3 – Admission of Vehicles to the Parking Area

3.1 Admissible vehicles

The parking is open every day, including Sundays and public holidays, to the following categories:

• Heavy goods vehicles;

• Other vehicles as mentioned in Article 2: These vehicles must mandatorily request prior authorization from Truck House before entering the site, and this must be done during the hours when an authorized Truck House employee is present.

• Access and parking permission is only granted after the user has read and accepted:

• The warning regarding the dangers of the parking area,

• The code of conduct for behavior within the site,

• And the corresponding liability waiver.

3.2 Vehicles in roadworthy condition and insured.

Only vehicles in proper working order, compliant with French legislation and regulations, as well as the traffic rules of the Highway Code, are allowed.

All entering vehicles must be insured. The user agrees to provide proof of this insurance upon request from the operator and to comply with all their legal and regulatory obligations in this regard.

3.3 Powers of the Operator and its agents

 Personnel at Truck House are authorized to deny access to any vehicle that may compromise the safety, sustainability, or proper operation of the parking facility.

Access may also be denied to any vehicle whose driver and/or owner has been reported as a defaulter during a previous visit or based on any information available to Truck House.

3.4 Vehicle condition and prohibited storage.

 All admitted vehicles must be maintained in good working order and safety condition, so that they can be evacuated quickly in case of emergency.

It is strictly prohibited to store any product in the parking area that is not listed in the transport document of the admitted vehicle, and in particular any hazardous, illegal, flammable, contaminating, toxic, or explosive product, or in general any product, material, or substance that could damage or affect:

• The parking space provided,

• The parking area as a whole,

• As well as other vehicles and the belongings of other users.

Parking of trailers only is prohibited. If Bapaume Truck House observes a trailer parked alone in the parking area, the relevant individuals may be charged a fixed amount of €130 per day, starting from the first minute of prohibited parking. The invoice must be paid upon receipt. In case of late payment, Bapaume Truck House may demand a compensation for collection costs equal to €40, as well as additional compensation if the collection costs incurred by Bapaume Truck House exceed €40.

3.5 Declaration of Honor upon entering the parking area

 Entry of a vehicle into the parking area requires a sworn statement from the owner or their representative, attesting that:

• The vehicle must comply with regulations and be properly insured, and the Customer must provide proof of this to Truck House. If the Customer is unable to provide such proof, Truck House reserves the right to prohibit the vehicle in question from entering and parking on the premises.

• The driver must hold a valid driver's license for the vehicle category, valid within French territory.

• The driver must comply with the road signs posted in the parking area, not exceed the maximum speed limit of 20 km/h, follow the direction of traffic arrows, and adhere to all rules resulting from the placement of signs and traffic lights.

• All operations involving vehicle movement, maneuvering, parking, passenger boarding and disembarking within the parking area are the sole responsibility of the customers or their representatives. They must, in general and in all circumstances, exercise caution and ensure safety, and comply with road traffic regulations throughout the entire parking period.

• The customer is responsible for any accidents they cause within the parking area and is liable for all damages they may cause to third parties or their property, as well as any damages they may cause to the parking facility's personnel and installations. The customer must immediately report such incidents to the reception staff and declare in writing to Truck House any accidents that have caused damage to any part of the facility, using the address provided in Article 7.

• The vehicle does not contain, and the user does not transport, any illegal substances prohibited by French criminal law.

• The vehicle does not contain any weapons, toxic, explosive, or dangerous substances prohibited by current legislation and regulations.

• The vehicle does not transport any individuals in an irregular situation, i.e., lacking the appropriate residency permit according to applicable law, in the cab, tractor, or trailer.

3.6 Responsibility

 The Operator is explicitly exempt from any liability regarding these matters, particularly in the event of inspection by the police or customs authorities. Under no circumstances will its civil or criminal liability be engaged.

Each user is responsible for any breaches of these regulations and agrees to fully indemnify the Operator against all consequences that may arise from such breaches.

Article 4 – Entry and Exit of the Parking Area for Vehicles

4.1 Admission ticket

 Access to the parking area is currently via a ticket. The ticket displays:

• This is the reference number for the vehicle's entry transaction to the parking facility.

The ticket and the numbers it contains are strictly personal and confidential.

It is strictly forbidden to:

• To exchange the ticket between users,

• To reproduce it,

• Communicating or disclosing the WIFI numbers or code, which must remain for the exclusive use of the user.

The ticket allows you to:

• Vehicle exit from parking lot via QR code scan if payment is made outside of TIS-PL and Booking on the TRAVIS platform.

• Users who have left the secure area on foot should return to it via the pedestrian turnstile.

4.2 Loss or invalidity of the entry ticket and/or identification number.

In case of loss or invalidity of the entry ticket and/or the identification number issued at the entrance to the Parking, the user must present the vehicle registration document as well as a valid identity document.

Truck House will verify the date and time of entry of the vehicle and may, after these checks, issue a new ticket or identification number, necessary for payment of the fee and for the exit of the vehicle.

In any event, Truck House cannot be held responsible for any difficulties or consequences, including financial ones, resulting from the loss or invalidity of the ticket or identification number by the user.

4.3 Toll lanes and configuration

 The parking area includes 2 toll lanes, including:

• Currently reserved for entries,

• An exit point.

One of the lanes may be converted into a reversible lane. Truck House reserves the right to modify the number of lanes and their configuration at any time, particularly to meet operational needs.

4.4 Video monitoring and validation

All vehicles enter through a security checkpoint equipped with cameras that record the front and rear of the vehicle, including the license plate. Exit also occurs through a security checkpoint, where the driver:

• Validate their entry ticket, if payment was made outside of the TIS-PL and Booking platforms, using the TRAVIS platform.

• Make the payment using one of the authorized methods: TIS PL.

• If a debt is acknowledged, payment can be enforced by debiting a bank card*.

*Please note: Payment for the service must be made in advance at the reception desk (credit card and fuel card accepted), which will allow us to validate the payment transaction and authorize the user's exit using their entry ticket.

The system verifies that the front and rear images of the vehicle at the exit correspond to those recorded upon entry. The entry and exit lanes are protected by automatic barriers that prevent any unauthorized exits.

Article 5 – Vehicle Parking

5.  1 Parking Duration

Unless explicitly agreed upon with Truck House, the maximum parking duration for a truck is 72 hours with the driver present. Beyond this period, the operator is authorized to arrange for the removal of the vehicle in question and its impoundment, without Truck House being held liable in any way. This period may be extended for companies that have obtained prior approval from Truck House.

Truck House reserves the right to recover, by any means, the amounts due for the vehicle's parking, as well as all expenses incurred in connection with its removal and impoundment.

5.2 Parking instructions

Parking within the parking area is strictly limited to the spaces designated for that purpose. Each user must ensure that their vehicle is parked in a way that does not obstruct traffic lanes, adjacent spaces, or exceed the boundaries of their designated parking space.

Immediately after the maneuver is complete, the driver must turn off the engine of their vehicle. When starting the vehicle, the engine should only be started for the time strictly necessary for the engine to start.

It is strictly forbidden for any user to:

• Moving or repositioning a vehicle belonging to another user;

• Use parking equipment, machinery, or devices without authorization.

Appropriate signage indicates the parking areas as well as the traffic zones that must be observed. Users must comply with this signage in all circumstances.

Anyone who violates these instructions will have to pay a fixed penalty of €130 including VAT.

The Operator shall not be held liable for any theft, damage, injury, accidents, or offenses committed within the parking area, whether they involve third parties, other users, or vehicles, regardless of whether they are parked in an authorized space or not.

Any user involved in an accident, damage, or incident occurring within the parking area.                    – whether it concerns the facilities, Truck House staff, other users, or their vehicles.                             - Must immediately inform Truck House personnel.

Article 6 – Circulation within the parking area

Unless otherwise indicated or as specified in these regulations, the rules of the Highway Code apply from the moment you enter the parking area and throughout the entire premises. Truck House is not liable for any consequences arising from failure to comply with these rules by a user.

Drivers must also comply with the instructions and guidelines of Truck House personnel and take all necessary precautions when maneuvering in order to prevent any accidents.

6.1 Vehicle movement within the parking area

Vehicles are only allowed to circulate within the parking area when entering or exiting the premises.

6.2 Movements and maneuvers upon order.

Parking attendants may, at any time, request the vehicle owner, or if applicable, the designated driver, to move the vehicle.

In cases of extreme necessity, and if the owner or their representative cannot be contacted, agents are authorized to move the vehicle themselves, at the owner's expense and risk.

6.3 Emergency Measures

At any time, Truck House staff may request that the driver of a vehicle perform any maneuver necessary to ensure the safety of people and/or property within the parking area.

In the event of an emergency, of which the parking operator is the sole judge, the operator reserves the right to directly intervene on the vehicle in question, including by moving it, removing it, or taking any other measures deemed necessary to address the situation.

Under no circumstances can the operator be held liable or accountable for any damage caused to the vehicle during or as a result of these interventions.

The parking operator reserves the right to claim from the vehicle owner reimbursement for all expenses incurred in the interest of the vehicle, as well as compensation for any damages suffered due to the vehicle's abnormal condition.

6.4 Pedestrian Traffic

The secure parking area is exclusively reserved for authorized users.

Therefore, only pedestrians who are drivers or passengers are permitted to enter, and only to access or exit their vehicle parked within the parking area. To do so, they must use the designated pedestrian crossings located within the secure zone.

 Pedestrians wishing to enter or exit the secure area must have their entry ticket and use the pedestrian turnstile.

Pedestrian traffic is strictly prohibited in the ramps and access/exit corridors for trucks or other large vehicles within the parking area. Pedestrians must, in all circumstances, adhere to the traffic rules established by the Highway Code that apply to public roads.

Article 7 – Conservation and cleanliness of the parking area.

Users of the parking facility must ensure the proper maintenance and cleanliness of the structures, installations, and equipment provided to them. It is strictly forbidden for them to make any modifications, cause any damage, or make any deposits of any kind. The following are specifically prohibited:

• The deposit or abandonment of equipment, products, waste, hazardous liquids, wastewater, cigarette butts, soil, debris, or any other material;

• The emptying of chemical toilets or the discharge of technical fluids within the parking area.

Household waste must be disposed of exclusively in the containers provided for this purpose.

Each user is required to immediately report to Truck House staff any damage, leak, or abnormal deposit observed, regardless of whether they are responsible for it or not.

Any damage or deterioration observed will be repaired at the expense of those who caused it.

Anyone who violates these instructions will have to pay a fixed penalty of €130 including VAT.

Article 8 – Restrictions on users

8.1 Hazardous materials

In general, vehicles must not contain any dangerous or explosive materials on board, with the exception of fuels and other materials necessary for their operation.

The entry of vehicles transporting dangerous goods (referred to as TMD vehicles) is strictly prohibited on the parking area. These vehicles are not permitted to access the site in any way, nor to park there, even temporarily.

8.2 Use of fire and fire prevention.

In order to prevent any risk of fire or explosion, it is strictly forbidden to smoke, light a naked flame, or use any device that produces a flame (such as a lighter or match) near flammable products or hazardous materials, without sufficient ventilation.

8.3 Supply and Spills

No refueling of vehicles is permitted in the parking area, except in the case of an assistance operation to evacuate a vehicle that has broken down.

It is forbidden to allow any oily, flammable, corrosive, or other polluting fluids to flow into the parking area. Any spillage, even accidental, will result in charges for cleaning and restoration costs, after the incident has been confirmed by Truck House staff.

8.4 Electrical installations

The electrical installations located within the parking area are strictly reserved for lighting and for use by Truck House personnel, as part of the site's operational and maintenance activities.

Access to electrical outlets for parking users is strictly limited to designated areas specifically designed for this purpose, including:

• The kitchen,

• the living room,

• toilets

• showers.

The use of electrical installations outside of these designated areas is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of the internal regulations. Truck House reserves the right to restrict or suspend access to electrical outlets in the event of non-compliance with this rule, and is not liable for any resulting inconvenience.

8.5 Closures and access restrictions

The Operator reserves the right, at any time, to temporarily or permanently close the parking area, including but not limited to the following reasons:

• maintenance or expansion work,

• for security reasons,

• incidents such as a fire or a weather event,

• exceptional events,

• either voluntarily or upon request from the relevant authorities.

No compensation can be claimed from Truck House due to the impossibility of using the parking area during these periods.

In the event of danger or emergency, Truck House may, at its sole discretion, decide to immediately evacuate the parking area. In such cases, the usage fee will remain due until the time of evacuation and may, if necessary, be subject to a subsequent payment request.

8.6 Alcohol and illicit substance consumption

Access to the parking area is strictly prohibited for any user who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs. It is also strictly forbidden to consume alcohol or any illegal substances within the parking area.

In the event of non-compliance with this provision, Truck House reserves the right to:

• Immediately revoke the parking authorization granted to the vehicle of the user in question;

• Proceed with the removal of the vehicle, at the exclusive expense of the user;

• Contact the appropriate law enforcement agencies (police or gendarmerie).

These measures are without prejudice to any other action that Truck House may take to enforce these regulations.

8.7 Obligations of good neighborliness and restrictions.

The principles of good neighborliness apply strictly within the boundaries of the parking area.

The Truck House staff and users are required to be courteous and respectful of each other in their interactions.

It is formally prohibited to:

1. Perform work or maneuvers on vehicles that may generate noise, odors, or environmental disturbances for the surrounding area, including for other users of the parking facility.

2. Detaching a trailer from the vehicle is only permitted with the explicit prior consent of Truck House; otherwise, the Client will be required to pay an additional parking fee corresponding to the parking cost of the detached trailer.

3. Taking photos or making videos within the parking area without prior and explicit authorization from Truck House.

4. Playing music at a volume that could disturb other parking users, as well as speaking too loudly or shouting, can be disruptive, as some drivers may also need to rest during the day.

5. To consume alcohol and to cause disturbances, fights, or any violent behavior towards other parking users.

Any violation of these provisions may result in immediate sanctions, including the removal of parking privileges and, if necessary, intervention by the operator or the relevant law enforcement agencies.

Vehicles must be parked in a compliant and secure manner, exclusively in the designated spaces that are clearly marked on the ground. They must also be consistently locked, and their windows must be kept completely closed.

Article 9 – Parking fees

9.1 Payment Obligation

The use of a parking space is subject to the payment of a fee.

The amount of this fee, whether it is annual, monthly, daily, or hourly, is determined based on the nature of the agreement between the user and Truck House.

9.2 User Information

The amounts of the fee are made known to users by being displayed at the entrance to the parking area, as well as on the TruckHouse.fr website.

9.3 Payment methods

Payment of the fee must be made through the methods authorized by Truck House, and at the time it is due. The collection of the fee is recorded in the operator's accounting records and may result in the issuance of a receipt upon request from the user.

The payment methods accepted by the establishment are:

• TIS-PL, which is a telematics unit for commercial vehicles.

• Booking reservation through the TRAVIS platform.

• Credit card,

• Petrol card

• Or any other payment application that may be installed.

9.4 Late Payment and Penalties

In case of delayed payment:

If the outstanding amount is not paid within 2 months following the date of the judgment, simple legal interest must be paid on the amount for the first 2 months. Additionally, increased interest must be paid for any period exceeding those 2 months.

The increased rate that will be applied corresponds to the simple legal interest rate in effect during the semester of the year in question, increased by 5 points.

9.5 Refusal of exit or access

No vehicle will be allowed to leave the parking lot until all outstanding fees have been paid in full. Truck House also reserves the right to refuse access to the parking lot for any vehicle whose owner is not up-to-date on their payments.

9.6 Payment in the event of impossibility

In the event that the automated payment methods are unavailable, or if the user cannot pay the fee using their own payment methods, the following applies:

• A copy of the driver's identification document,

• Vehicle documents are also required and should be presented to Truck House staff.

Truck House reserves the right to refuse exit to any vehicle that has not paid the due fee, and its liability in such cases is not engaged.

Article 10 – Additional services for users

10.1 Surveillance and security of the parking area.

The parking area is fully enclosed and under constant video surveillance.

Human presence is ensured 24 hours a day by Truck House staff, whether internal employees or accredited service providers. Random patrols can be conducted at any time, day or night, including Sundays and holidays. Video cameras are also installed to record the entry and exit of pedestrians, as well as the corridors and lanes reserved for vehicles.

Video recordings are retained for a period of 30 days, unless legally requested by law enforcement.

10.2 WIFI Service

The parking facility provides users with a Wi-Fi connection, the use of which is regulated to ensure the safe, legal, and optimal functioning of the service.

Access and usage code

• A QR code for access is provided to users upon entering the parking area.

• This code is strictly reserved for parking users and must not be communicated or transferred to any third party.

• Any use of the WIFI through this code is the sole responsibility of the user. Any connection made using this code is considered to be made by the account holder, unless proven otherwise.

User responsibility.

• The user is fully responsible for how they use the Wi-Fi connection.

• Truck House cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect consequences resulting from the user's use of the service.

• The user agrees to comply with applicable laws, including those related to intellectual property rights, data protection, and the security of computer systems.

Prohibited behaviors

• It is strictly forbidden to:

• Transmitting prohibited, illegal, or immoral content, or content that violates public order or infringes on the rights of third parties, including intellectual, literary, or artistic property rights;

• Committing cybercrimes, hacking, or any operation aimed at:

• to conceal one's identity,

• o access or modify the data of others,

• to interrupt or disrupt the operation of the network or its connected systems;

• Consult or disseminate illegal or harmful content, including content that is racist, pedophilic, incites hatred or violence.

• Sending unsolicited messages (spam) containing insulting, defamatory, obscene, or illegal content.

Responsibility towards third parties

• The user is solely responsible for any damage (direct or indirect, material or immaterial) caused to third parties by the use of the WIFI connection.

• For any questions or disputes regarding products or services accessible via the Internet, the user must contact the relevant content providers directly.

Article 11 – Penalties for misuse

In order to ensure proper functioning, safety, and adherence to established rules, financial penalties will be applied in cases of conduct that does not comply with the provisions of these regulations.

 The table below presents the types of offenses and the corresponding amounts of penalties.

The purpose of these sanctions is to encourage responsible behavior and prevent any recurrence.

TITLE III: MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

Article 12 – Liability

 Users of the parking lot use and park at their own risk. They are responsible for any damage they may cause to other users, vehicles, property, Truck House staff, or facilities. The operator provides general surveillance, but is not responsible for the safekeeping of vehicles or liable for theft, vandalism, accidents, or weather-related damage. Any incident must be immediately reported to the staff and the insurance company.

Article 12 – Complaints Register

 An official register is kept at the entrance of the parking area to collect complaints and feedback from users.

Article 13 - Repression of offenses

 In the event of a violation of the regulations, Truck House may:

• stop the offense,

• revoke parking authorization,

• expel the user at their own expense and risk,

• File a complaint and claim damages (Fees already paid remain due).

Article 14 – Protection of personal data

 Truck House collects and processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR and the French Law on Information Technology and Freedoms.

• Collected data: identity information, vehicle documents, video recordings for security, access, and parking management.

• Limited access: authorized personnel, contractors, and subcontractors only.

• Conservation: Limited in time, typically 30 days for videos, depending on the legal purposes.

• User rights: access, rectification, erasure, limitation, objection, data portability, and withdrawal of consent.

Article 15 – Advertising

 By entering or using the parking area, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions, which are posted at the entrance, within the building, and on the website.

Article 16 – Legal jurisdiction

 This Regulation is governed by French law. Any dispute shall be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, any legal dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Commercial Court of Arras, 62000 - France.
